Hampton Court Apartments is a beautiful, 3 story community on the corner of North Cle Elum Street and University Way. Hampton Court Apartments offer very affordable housing for Seniors (62+) or persons with disabilities of any age. We are partially subsidized through the USDA Rental Assistance programs for 31 out of 36 homes.
